The Korean Intellectual Property Office has revised the official fees for annuities which become effective as of January 1, 2008. It reduced a part of the annuities as follows:
1. As to Patent Annuities;
The official fees for the 1st to 3rd and 4th to 9th annuities have been reduced. The official fees for all other annuities remain the same.
2. As to Utility Model Registration Annuities;
The official fees for the 1st to 3rd and 4th to 9th annuities have been reduced. The official fees for all other annuities remain the same.
3. As to Design Registration Annuities;
The official fees for all annuities remain the same.
