According to the revised Enforcement Decree of the Design Protection Act, which took effect on January 2, 2018, expedited examination for design applications in the technical fields of 4IR (the Fourth Industrial Revolution) technology such as AI (Artificial Intelligence),  IoT (Internet of Things) became available in order to increase the competitiveness of business.
