The previous Korean Design Protection Act allowed up to 20 multiple designs in one design application only which is subject to non-examination. (The term of “non-examination” was changed to “partial examination.”)

 

However, the revised Korean Design Protection Act, which became effective on July 1, 2014, allows up to 100 designs for one design application under the same class regardless of whether the design is subject to examination or partial examination.
